Chanticleer Properties maintains a curated network of preferred vendors for maintenance, repairs, and property services. We refer work to vendors who meet our standards for quality, responsiveness, and documentation — and we handle coordination with owners and tenants so you can focus on the job.
Review
Our team verifies insurance, tax documentation, and trade qualifications before approval.
Onboard
Approved vendors are added to Buildium and can receive work orders for managed properties.
Partner
We coordinate maintenance requests, approvals, and payment through our established workflows.
Requirements
To be considered for our preferred network, vendors must provide the following before receiving work orders.
- Valid certificate of insurance with Chanticleer Properties listed as additional insured
- Completed W-9 on file
- Direct deposit authorization for timely payment
- Professional references and proof of relevant trade experience
- Responsive communication and reliable scheduling for maintenance work orders
