Our story

Our experience with other property management companies was not positive. So we decided to create our own.

I am Carla Sevilla, co-founder of Chanticleer Properties. My husband Garrick and I bought our first rental property in 2009 and today own dozens across North Carolina. Using our years of experience in brokerage, construction, investment, and law, we trained a team of specialists to help other investors keep vacancy low, find great tenants, and protect their properties.
